Ever since it was announced that Mohan Raja would be directing Sivakarthikeyan in his next venture, expectations have been sky-high, especially after the director’s previous flick Thani Oruvan, turned out to be a humongous success. In what seems to be great news for film enthusiasts, it has now been confirmed that Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil make his debut in Kollywood with this movie.
The 33-year-old actor is considered as one of the most prominent faces among the young crop of heroes, as several movies of his like Bangalore Days, North 24 Kaatham, 22 Female Kottayam and Mahesinte Prathikaaram were critically and commercially successful. RD Raja and 24AM Studios produce the yet-to-be-titled movie.
The official twitter handle of the production house posted, “So Proud&excited to announce actor #Fahadh faasil (sic).” Nayanthara, who previously acted in Raja’s Thani Oruvan, will play the female lead in this movie as well. With such a promising cast, we hope that this film will provide back-to-back successes for Raja!
