Earlier, we speculated that actor Suriya and director Sudha Kongara of Irudhi Suttru fame might come together for a film. Now, it seems like the speculation is turning out to be true! A source in the know reveals that the duo is indeed working on a film and will come out with the official announcement soon.
“Talks have been going on for a while. Suriya’s 2D Entertainment will be the one to bankroll the project,” the source reveals. However, the genre and other details of the alleged project is kept under wraps.
Suriya is also rumoured to start a new project with Selvaraghavan, which will be produced by SR Prabhu. It is not clear which of the two films will go on floors first.
In addition, Sam CS, who is now in demand after his brilliant compositions for Vikram Vedha, has been roped in to compose music for the Sudha-Suriya film. Sam also has an array of other films in his kitty including Madhavan’s multilingual project.
