Kajal to romance Ajith in AK57'

Actress Kajal Aggarwal, who is currently shooting at Connoor for Kavalai Vendam with Jiiva, was last seen in Paayum Puli, which released in 2015. Post its release, the actress has been concentrating on her Telugu and Hindi projects.

Rumours were abuzz that the actress has been considered to play the heroine in Siruthai Siva’s third outing with Ajith, tentatively titled AK57. A reliable source has now confirmed Kajal’s inclusion in the film and that she would be joining the team for shoot from August. Pre-production works are underway and the team will fly to Europe for the shoot. This is the first time Kajal is being paired opposite Ajith in her 12-year-long career. The official pooja of AK57 took place last week in the city.
