Actress Hebah Patel, who debuted in Tamil with the Jai and Nazriya-starrer, Thirumanam Enum Nikkah, is back in Kollywood, after a hiatus of three years. Her Telugu film, Kumari 21F, transcended borders and went on to become one of the most talked-about films of 2015.
Now, the actress will be seen in a full-fledged role in the Tamil remake of the Telugu film 100 % Love. A source says, “Several actresses were in talks for the project, which features GV Prakash as the hero. Now, we have chosen Hebah, and the principal shooting will begin in a couple of months.” Earlier, it was reported that B’town belle Shraddha Kapoor, and Lavanya Tripathi, were the frontrunners to play the female lead. But, it looks like the talks fizzled out. The makers are now busy finalising the rest of the cast and crew. The Tamil remake will be helmed by debutant MM Chandramouli and produced by Tollywood filmmaker Sukumar.
