Simbu says CM Jayalalithaa's soul still here

When he tried to talk about spelling out a solution for the Cauvery row, a few questioned him about its practicality since the issue is in court.

Heated arguments and noise marked a press conference that Simbu hurriedly convened. ‘Nobody invited me to join the silent protest held by K’town’, he complained. However, though he never wanted to talk about it further, all he said was, “Why should you hold a ‘silent protest’ to ask for your rights? Unless you speak it out and discuss only, the problem would get resolved.” The strike has been going on for long and there has been no respite; let them find a solution for it first, he said.

Also, much to the surprise of all who had gathered there, STR changed the topic and said, “I strongly feel Tamil Nadu is reeling under several problems only after our former CM J. Jayalalithaa's mysterious death. As if someone has cast a spell! Her disturbed soul is still here around. Unless truth behind her death comes out, then only the state will be rid of problems.”

When he tried to talk about spelling out a solution for the Cauvery water row, a few questioned him about its practicality since the issue is in court. STR tried to reply in a filmy manner and differences of opinion cropped up and the actor who became emotional left the place in a hurry halfway through.
