Recently, the first look of Prabhu Deva and Tamannaah’s tri-lingual titled Devi(l), directed by Vijay, was out. It showed the choreographer-turned-actor/filmmaker flanked by the Baahubali actress in two different avatars. Tammu appears simple and traditional in one look, while in the other, she is her usual modern self. The spooky thriller, which has a ghost element to it, is titled Abhinetri in Telugu.
The big news from the makers now is that the music of the T’town version would be launched by none other than the gorgeous Sridevi Boney Kapoor. The gala event is set to take place in Vijayawada on August 15.
Since the movie is about an aspiring actress (essayed by Tamannaah), the producers felt, who better than Sridevi, who ruled the roost in southern and Bollywood films in the late 70s and 80s, to do the honours! It is also said that Tamannaah will also play a ghost briefly. Sonu Sood will also be seen in a crucial role. GV Prakash, who has become a successful actor now and is a regular technician in Vijay’s films, has composed the album of this project.
