Regina Cassandra has been roped in for a female-centric adventure thriller, where she plays an archaeologist. Directed by Caarthick Raju of Kannadi and Thirudan Police fame, the film is touted to have a never-heard-before storyline.
A source reveals that the untitled film is a mystery drama laced with action, adventure, comedy and thrills, and will be a bilingual, simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu.
Says Raj Shekar Varma who bankrolls the project, “I am confident that Regina Cassandra’s screen presence is going to enhance the film. She has been proving her versatility with every film. The effort she has been putting into this film, with a lot of preparation, is really great and will be evident on the screen.”
The Nenjam Marappadhillai star is undergoing rigorous training in stunts, as she wants to perform them without a body double. Shooting will start on January 13 in Courtallam and the major portions of the film will be shot at live locations.
