The intro song of Vishal in Sandakozhi 2 was recently canned at the Binny Mills where a huge set resembling Madurai has been raised. The song Keechi kili Keechi, penned by Madhan Karky and helmed by choreographer Raju Sundaram, had more than 400 dancers and folk artistes from different parts of the state grooving to it. Yuvan Shankar Raja’s peppy composition was shot for nine days with the backdrop of a festival setting, erected by art director Rajeevan.
While Keerthy Suresh plays Vishal’s pair reprising Meera Jasmine (who did the original), Raj Kiran from the original has also been roped in too. A picture of Vishal and Lingusamy on the sets of the films has garnered the attention of fans and followers online.
