Bharath’s horror thriller Pottu, which is set against the backdrop of a medical college, finally gets a release date. The film directed by Vadivudayan created pre-release buzz for the ‘aghori’ look of Namitha who plays one of the heroines besides Iniya.
Bharath sports a scary look and this is his first endeavour in horror comedy genre. He says he enjoyed every bit of the shoot. Iniya essays the title role of ‘Pottu’ and is paired with Bharath. Namitha will be seen in a negative role, attempting something unusual in portraying a cigar-puffing aghori. She has had an image makeover for the role. Produced by Shalom Pictures, the film will hit the theatres on May 25. AS
