Actor Abi Saravanan, who associates himself with several causes, including farmers’ issues, helped popular folk singer and film actress Paravai Muniyamma during her recent hospitalisation. He not only gave her financial help but was beside her at the hospital till she was discharged.
Meanwhile, one of Abi’s films, Maayanadhi was released, and garnered good reviews. When Paravai Muniyamma, who has recovered from her illness, heard about the movie, she evinced interest in watching it. Abi took her, along with members of his family, to a multiplex in Madurai to see the movie. Reportedly, Muniyamma heaped praises on Abi for his performance.
