IIt looks like Vadivelu is back in form and is signing films in a row, although his comedy was repetitive in the recently-released Kaththi Sandai. With a change of mind, the actor, who resolved to act only in lead roles, has now started accepting comedian roles which includes one with RK — Neeyum Naanum Naduvula Peyum. The film belongs to the horror-comedy genre. S.N.Shaktivel who earlier made Thannila Gandam, will direct this upcoming film.
“The humour scenes in our earlier combo flicks Ellaam Aval Seyal and Azhagar Malai, are hugely popular — and even today they are being aired on all comedy television channels regularly. So, I was keen to bring him on board for my next NNNP, in which comedy has been given a lot of importance. He gladly agreed,” RK says. While Neetu Chandra romances RK in his upcoming film Vaigai Express, talks are on with a top actress for NNNP.
