The makers of Pokkiri Raja (starring Jiiva, Hansika and Sibiraj), are done with the shoot and the latest we hear is that the team is busy with the post-production work, which is going on at a brisk pace. While Jiiva and Hansika play IT professionals, the latter will also be seen as a social welfare activist in the movie.
Directed by Ramprakash Rayappa of Tamizhukku Enn Ondrai Azhutthavum fame, Pokkiri Raja  marks the  25th film in Jiiva’s career.

The producer of the flick PT Selvakumar, who earlier made Puli, is planning the audio launch on Valentine’s Day and the movie is slated for release  on February 26.

We also hear that Cosmo Sivakumar has bought the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights for a whopping price.

When DC contacted Siva, he admitted that he had bought the film’s rights and added that he was keen on repeating the magic at the box office with Sibi’s earlier movie Naaigal Jaagiradhai.

Reportedly, Naaigal….was bought for Rs 1 crore by Siva and he hit the jackpot by earning Rs 10 crore through that movie.
