Kabilan Vairamuthu
Lyricist Kabilan Vairamuthu has come out with an album that aims to create awareness about alcoholism and urge the public to “beat the bottle”.
The album is titled, Yenthiru Anjali Yenthiru, based on a famous dialogue from Mani Ratnam’s Anjal. Balamurai Balu has scored the music, and T. Rajhendar has rendered the songs.
The teaser for YAY was recently unveiled by composer Hip Hop Aadhi. Apparently, it shows TR and Kabilan blaming the state government for the rise in liquor consumption in Tamil Nadu.
