Suriya 37 directed by K.V. Anand was supposed to star Telugu actor Allu Sirish alongside Suriya and M’town star Mohanlal. But we hear that Sirish will no longer be part of the project for reasons unknown. A little birdie tells us that the makers are now in talks with Arya to replace him.
In a recent interview with DC, Sirish said that he was a great fan of Suriya and that it was a dream come true to work with him under K.V. Anand’s direction. He also said that he had a substantial role in the film.
Suriya 37 went on floors recently in London. The movie features Sayeesha, who has been paired opposite Suriya, and Bollywood actor Boman Irani, who’s making his Tamil debut.
Despite repeated attempts, neither Arya nor Allu Sirish was available for comment.
