With horror and action thrillers taking centre stage, there’s a dearth of love stories in K’town. There is good news in debutant Satish, who has a few short films to his credit, coming out now with a romantic genre movie Kadhalum Modhalum. Amudhan and Suma Poojari, the model turned actress play the lead pair.
Talking about the film, Satish says, “The story begins when the lead pair is in school. The two are fond of each other while in class six. They go to different schools for higher studies and meet years later when they are in their early 20s. Love blossoms. A tricky situation puts their romance in trouble.” It is a breezy love story, he adds. Soundarraja has been roped in for a crucial role. Two new girls Angana and Theertha are also part of the cast.
