Here is an exciting news for fans of Superstar Rajinikanth. We have seen th eSuperstar taking on 100 baddies single-handedly in his earlier films. Now, the actor will have to fight the macho Bollywood star Akshay Kumar, who plays the powerful villain in 2.O. According to the film’s stunt choreographer Stunt Silva, the epic climax fight scene has already been shot.
Speaking to DC from the shoot of 2.O, Stunt Silva said, “Shankar sir is like my godfather. He was the one who introduced me as an independent fight master in one of his productions.”
Having worked with Rajinikanth in films like Sivaji, how does Silva find him now? “I have not seen anyone like him. So humble and unassuming! Be it his style, his speed, speech or energy — I see the same Rajini sir who I worked with a few years ago. And his biggest quality is that he is a director’s artiste. He repeats the scene without making any fuss, until the director is satisfied. Even when his portions were over, he wouldn’t leave the sets and would watch the shoot carefully, preparing for his part,” Silva smiles.
Ask him how many fights are there in the film, and pat he says, “You can’t count them like that — There’s an action mode throughout the film, which will keep you hooked from start to finish.” We hear that Rajinikanth and Amy Jackson will shoot for a romantic song as well, in the ongoing schedule.
