If there is one person who is extremely unpredictable when it comes to his career choices, it is STR undoubtedly. After the debacle of AAA, the versatile actor is not planning to maintain a low profile. Instead, he is planning a great comeback with a film devoid of songs and intermission. While the industry is pondering over his next flick — whether it is a sequel to Billa or the revival of Kettavan, it looks like STR has different plans. Reports suggest that his next film might be a completely new script.

The Vaalu actor recently confirmed that he has roped in legendary cinematographer Santosh Sivan to crank the camera for his untitled flick. Speaking to DC, Santosh says, “I haven’t worked with Simbu so far and I’m looking forward to this film. I listened to the script and it was exciting. I heard that STR is planning a Tamil and English version of the film. We will have to wait and see how this pans out.”  Yuvan Shankar Raja has already started composing for the film, which is slated to release in September. Editor Antony is on board as well.
