City’s top model Pradhayini Surva has been brought on board by debutant Chandru for his flick Bodhai Yeri Budhi Maari.
At a recent meet she said, “I never had interest in films and didn’t hear any scripts. When director Chandru approached me with a unique script, I though why not give a try. But going for shoot without an audition was a bit scary. Thankfully, they sent me to actor Mime Gopi sir for training. He taught me the nuances. It was a new experience to face the camera for the first time. BYBM is a film that will keep everyone guessing what’s next and am sure just like me, it will be surely liked by all.”
The cardiologist turned lead hero Dheeraj said, “I had a great passion for acting right from my childhood and was waiting for the right opportunity. At the same time, I didn’t want to give up my doctor’s profession. Everyone in the unit felt that we as school students have made a film. And, our headmaster was none other than our accredited cinematographer Balasubramaniem sir, who guided us all. If not for his support, this film would have not been possible.” The movie produced by Rise East Entertainment also features yet another model Dushara. The movie is set for July 12 release.
