Academy Award-winning composer M.M. Keeravani is back in Tamil cinema after a significant hiatus, with Raghava Lawrence’s Chandramukhi 2. And he will also soon start work on another Tamil film — Gentleman 2. K.T. Kunjumon, renowned for his blockbuster productions, had announced earlier that he had roped in Keeravani for the upcoming Gentleman 2. The original film, Gentleman, which was a hit, was Shankar’s directorial debut.
A. Gokul Krishna, a former associate of ace Vishnu Vardhan will helm Gentleman 2. The film stars Chetan Cheenu, Nayanthara Chakravarthy. Priyaa Lal plays a pivotal role.
It has been reported that Gokul Krishna journeyed to Hyderabad to present the full script to M.M. Keeravani. The grand narrative greatly impressed the composer, prompting him to immediately confirm to K.T. Kunjumon that he would commence composing for Gentleman.
