As reported earlier, comedian turned hero Santhanam's sequel to his earlier blockbuster horror film Dhillukku Dhuddu went on floors in Hyderabad recently.
Director Ram Bala has been retained for the sequel and he has come up with an exciting new script, says an inside source.
Deepti Sati, a Malayalam actress who is also making noise in the Tollywood circuit, has replaced the lead heroine of the prequel Anchal Singh. Also, two music composers — Thaman who did the songs and Karthik Raja who gave the background score for part 1 — are not in it. It is learnt that Shabeer has been brought on board for the music.
The first schedule of the movie will take place in Hyderabad for 15 days, according to the director. It may be noted some of his movies where Santa portrays the lead protagonist like Odi Odi Uzhaikkanum, Server Sundaram and Mannavan Vandhanadi are stuck for unforeseen reasons.
