Arvind Swami's tryst with action sequences
Things can’t get better for the Arvind Swami-starrer Vanagamudi, which is directed by Selvaa. The film has four heroines playing substantial roles. Though Selvaa returned after a long gap, he is excited that the Bollywood remake rights of the film have been sold for a big price even as the film commenced, says a close production source.
Though producer Ganesh was not willing to reveal too many details, all he said was, “The movie has a commercial script that would go well with audiences — irrespective of the language.” Also, the fact that Swami is a known face pan-India, could have also gone in his favour, says a unit source.
Swami appears in a three-dimensional role and certain high-octane action sequences were completed recently in Chennai. The actor stated on social media that it was fun working with Selvaa, who plans everything meticulously. He also said that he shot two huge action blocks over the last two weeks and has to deal with bruises and body ache now! Meanwhile, the director shared a picture posing along with the four heroines.
