Bharath dons the Khaki
To play a cop is a dream of every actor and now Bharath, who was last seen in a negative role in Spyder, has been roped for a movie where he will be seen as an upright police officer.
Sri Senthil, one of the finalists in Naalaya Iyakkunar show, wields the megaphone. He competed along with the likes of Bakkiyaraj Kannan, who did Remo and Nithilan of Kurangu Bommai fame at the finale .
Speaking to DC, Senthil reveals, “The movie is a suspense thriller and Bharath was very much impressed when I narrated the line to him. It is for the first time the actor is donning the khaki. I have also brought on board Suresh Menon who is back to acting after a long gap for a key character. Aadhav Kannadasan, grandson of legendary poet Kannadasan will be doing a vital role. Talks are on with a popular heroine for the female lead.”
The film, which went on floors on the auspicious Vijayadasami, has music by Vishal Chandrashekar and cinematography by Suresh Bala, a former assistant to Velraj and Balasubramaniem.
