Vijay and AR Murugadoss had resumed shooting of Vijay 62 after the film strike came to an end. A bike stunt sequence involving Vijay and several bikers was recently canned in EVR road near Pachaiyappas College in the city. It was a night shoot and since it was shot on the main road, a huge crowd of people, including Vijay’s fans, had gathered to get a glimpse of the star. Despite heavy security, a leaked video of the sequence is going viral on social media platforms.
Vijay 62 is produced by Sun Pictures and Keerthi Suresh teams up with Thalapthy for the second time after Bairavaa. Other cast members are Radha Ravi, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Livingston and Yogi Babu while AR Rahman scores the music.
