The submission of the counsel the JSK Film Corporation, by its proprietor J. Satishkumar, was not paid to the workers belonged to the Federation to the tune of Rs 22,13,051. This is a fit case to grant ad interim injunction because the workers have worked for this film. Hence ad interim injunction granted till September 14, 2017.”
