After Kanithan, which was an average grosser, Atharvaa has moved on to his other projects quickly. In his upcoming flick Gemini Ganesanum Surulirajanum, Atharvaa has four heroines as his romantic interests — Regina Cassandra, Pranitha Subash, Aishwarya Rajesh and Anandhi.
Directed by Odam Ilavarasu, the film is being produced by Siva of Amma Creations, which is in its milestone 25th year. Speaking about the need for four heroines, Ilavarasu says, “GGS is a rom-com which talks about what happens and how impactful it is, when women fall in love for the first time. I have approached it with lot of sensitivity, along with a humourous touch!” The first schedule was completed with a Madurai backdrop and now the actors are busy shooting in Ooty.
Comedian Soori, who is enjoying his time in K’town, seems to have a parallel lead role. Mayilsamy and Naan Kadavul Rajendran play key characters. Says producer Siva, “The script will go well with all types of audiences. Moreover, as Regina, Pranitha and Anandhi are well known in Tollywood, we are planning to dub the movie in Telugu and introduce the versatile Atharvaa to the Telugu industry.”
