Earlier, we had told you how Lawrence reacted to Sri Reddy’s allegations of sexual exploitation by offering her a role in one of his films, if she were willing to demonstrate her acting and dancing chops in front of the press. The choreographer-turned-filmmaker said that the dialogues and dance moves that she would be asked to perform would be simple and meant to test the basic qualities that any actor should possess. And he promised that he would sign her and give her an advance payment then and there if she proved to be talented.
And it seems Ms Reddy has accepted his challenge. She has announced, “I am taking up Lawrence Master’s challenge. Bless Me…everyone… (sic).”
Now, we just have to wait and watch if Sri actually manages to impress the director and make her way into Kollywood, or if this filmy drama fizzles out.
