Sivakarthikeyan Nayanthara film to address a social issue?
With humour being his forte, Sivakarthikeyan took an action avatar with the police story Kaaki Sattai. Now, for the first time, we hear that the Remo actor will be seen in a flick with a strong social message. Tentatively titled SK 11, the movie is directed by Mohan Raja and bankrolled by RD Raja’s 24 AM Studios.
The ensemble cast includes Nayanthara (who teams up with Siva for the first time), Fahadh Faasil, Prakash Raj, Sneha, Rohini, Thambi Ramaiah, and Sathish.
In a recent interview, the director had revealed that SK 11 will have a strong message to the society and will be about how every individual tries to correct the wrongdoers. If Raja’s earlier movie
Thani Oruvan addressed the issue of medical mafia, according to sources, the new movie will deal with food adulteration. One may recall Vijay-Madesh movie Madhurey and Jyothika’s 36 Vayadhinile dealt with a similar theme.
If sources are to be believed, this is the first time Sivakarthikeyan will portray the crusader of masses. Though the earlier schedule was shot in the slums of T. Nagar, the team has erected huge sets resembling a slum at a city’s studio, where it is currently being shot.
