Keerthy Suresh Ends Remake Speculation on Venkatesh's Next?
The actress, who is currently shooting for the much-awaited multi-starrer, took to social media to clear the air after rumours claimed the film was inspired by the 2024 Malayalam hit.

Keerthy Suresh has firmly dismissed speculation that her upcoming Telugu film with Venkatesh and director Anil Ravipudi is a remake of the Malayalam blockbuster Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil.
The actress, who is currently shooting for the much-awaited multi-starrer, took to social media to clear the air after rumours claimed the film was inspired by the 2024 Malayalam hit. When a fan directly asked if the project was a remake, Keerthy responded with a simple but decisive, "No it is not."
Her clarification has effectively put an end to the speculation surrounding the film's storyline.
The yet-to-be-titled entertainer stars Venkatesh in the lead, with Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Keerthy Suresh and Krithi Shetty in pivotal roles. The film marks Keerthy's first collaboration with both Venkatesh and director Anil Ravipudi.
The project also marks Keerthy's return to Telugu cinema after a brief gap and is her second Telugu outing following her marriage to longtime boyfriend Antony Thattil. The National Award-winning actress enjoys a strong fan base in Tollywood thanks to memorable performances in films such as Mahanati and Sarileru Neekevvaru.
While the makers have kept the story under wraps, Keerthy's latest statement makes it clear that the film is an original entertainer and not an official remake of Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil.
