The six editions will be hosted by familiar faces associated with the franchise in their respective markets—Salman Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Kichcha Sudeepa and Mohanlal, while former India captain Sourav Ganguly joins the franchise to host the Bangla edition.
To mark the milestone, JioStar also unveiled India's Bigg Reality, a coffee table book documenting the franchise's two-decade journey, audience engagement and impact on advertisers and popular culture.
According to JioStar, the franchise reached more than 500 million viewers in 2025, generated 438 billion viewing minutes, and recorded 47 per cent year-on-year growth in engagement across its six language editions. The company said more than 625 brands across 46 categories partnered with the show last year, using its large multilingual audience base for product launches, brand awareness and consumer engagement.
The company also highlighted strong digital participation, with over 9.32 billion audience votes, 43 million live chats and 1.7 billion social media engagements recorded in 2025. On JioHotstar, six out of every 10 viewers watched the show's 24x7 live feed, reinforcing its position as one of India's most interactive entertainment formats.
Mahesh Shetty, Head – Entertainment Sales (TV), JioStar, said the simultaneous launch of six editions represents the franchise's biggest milestone and reflects its continued cultural relevance and commercial value. Bhaskar Ramesh, Head – Entertainment Sales (Digital), JioStar, said Bigg Boss continues to deliver unified audience attention during the festive season, offering brands a powerful platform where entertainment, culture and commerce converge.
