I Remember Walking on Streets of Vizag Without Being Recognised, Says Allu Arjun

Reigning star Allu Arjun says that he took a break from Raaka shooting to inaugurate his theatre AAA Cinemas, in Visakhapatnam. "I requested Raaka team to give me a day off since I had to visit Vizag for theatre inauguration, he says and adds, "I remember walking on the streets of Vizag during my Gangotri movie days when no one recognised me. Now, I am unable to walk on streets since I have become popular, " he said humbly. He also urged some of his fans to come on stage to click a few pics, and he was seen joyful throughout the event. His father Allu Aravind and top exhibitor Sunil Narang also spoke and shared the stage with the Pushpa star.

After tasting success with AAA Cinemas in Hyderabad, now it is established in Vizag.

The lavish multiplex has triggered curiosity among moviegoers, and Allu Arjun's personal presence added to their excitement. "The team applied for prior permissions and restricted public entry at the venue. Except for a few guests and the family members, the inauguration was a private event. The eight-screen multiplex will be open to the public from August 10th," said a source.

Earlier, talking to Deccan Chronicle, Sunil Narang recalled his bonding with Allu family for decades. "We share a great bonding and we are happy to extend it into theatre business too, he added. Sunil Narang also tied up with Mahesh Babu for AMB cinema in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. "Superstars add brand value to theatre chain," he concluded.
