Hyderabad: Bengali Film Festival, Esprimiti 4.0 End on High Note
Hyderabad: The two-day Bengali film festival and Esprimiti 4.0 came to an end on Sunday at the Ethnic Hall in Shilparamam, Madhapur.
The event, which was inaugurated on 3rd August, was graced by esteemed guests such as Supran Sen, Secretary General of Film Federation of India, Kishen Rao and Chandana Khan, both IAS officers, and Partha Pratim Mallik, the Founder Director of HBFF and Esprimiti.
The opening ceremony was a grand affair with an art exhibition by Chandana Khan, live performances, a food festival, and a celebration of art and culture. The festival also screened an array of films on 4th August, including a tribute to the legendary filmmaker Mrinal Sen on his 100th birth anniversary.
As the festival came to a close, Partha Pratim Mallik, Founder Director of HBFF & Esprimiti & President of Bengalis in Hyderabad, expressed his gratitude to everyone involved in making the event a success - from the talented performers and filmmakers to the hardworking volunteers and generous sponsors.
The closing ceremony included a felicitation for dignitaries, volunteers, and partners. This celebration of Bengali cinema and culture showcased talented individuals while paying homage to the legends who have shaped the industry.
