Actresses Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, who not only starred but also produced upcoming television series, The Morning Show, seem to have developed a newfound appreciation for morning shows after they learned quite a few things about their characters’ jobs during filming.
E! Online reports that one of the things that really surprised Witherspoon was how early everything was. “Gosh, how early it is... and how many people are behind-the-scenes,” she comments and adds, “It’s amazing that it actually gets on air as seamlessly as it does.” However, the dynamic duo admits that they did not get into method acting, and therefore, did not wake up at 3 a.m. “We’re just having a ball,” Aniston shares, adding, “We love it, we’re part of something that’s spectacular.”
As for starring in and producing the series, the 50-year-old icon says, “It was an absolute dream to be able to get in to all aspects of the creative process. It sort of comes as second nature.”
