The hacker who leaked Jennifer Lawrence’s nude photos among other celebrities is now being sent to federal prison for eight months, reports People.com.
George Garofano hacked the private Apple iCloud accounts of Lawrence and released nude photos and private information on the Internet. In addition to eight months in prison, the judge also slapped Garofano with a three years supervised release after he gets out.
Out of the four people who were charged in the massive celebrity hacking scandal of 2014, Garofano is the last one to be charged. The scandal also saw the photos published of Kate Upton, Ariana Grande, Kirsten Dunst and others.
