Kim Kardashian breaks silence on sister's 'racist ad' controversy
Mumbai: For the first time, Kim Kardashian broke her silence on sister Kendall Jenner’s controversy about the Pepsi advertisement that was criticised all over the internet for its racist implications.
People.com reports that on the show 'Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen' on Sunday, Kim spoke about the controversy for the first time.
She said, “She totally understood at the end of the day and she felt really awful for it. She just wants to move on from it.”
She also added, “I think anytime someone does anything, they don’t have bad intentions — especially Kendall, who’s so sensitive,” she continued. “She would never mean for anyone to perceive anything in a negative way.”
Even though Kendall herself is yet to respond to the controversy, Pepsi took full responsibility and apologised for putting the supermodel in such a situation.
