The Big Bang Theory actor Simon Helberg and his wife Jocelyn Towne decided to hold up signs that read “Refugees welcome” and “Let them in” at the 23rd Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday.
According to EOnline.com, Helberg and Towne were the first to protest the immigration ban that the President of the US Donald Trump put in place, on the red carpet.
Later in the evening, Ashton Kutcher, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and the cast of Orange Is the New Black also spoke out against the ban.
