Sofia has been locked in a tenuous legal battle with Nick over two frozen embryos that the couple had produced when they were together. Nick wants to keep them, but Sofia wants them to be destroyed.
According to the sources close to Sofia, the driving force behind the tussle has nothing to do with Nick wanting to become a father, because he already fathered a child with another woman last October. The source believes that it is all about revenge because Sofia dumped Nick and they believe Nick’s ultimate goal is to ruin Sofia’s marriage with Joe.
Meanwhile, Nick has moved his lawsuit against Sofia to Louisiana — a heavily pro-life state that recognizes embryos as human beings.
