Actor Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson have been sued after their son Chet Hanks allegedly drove a car while under the influence “of drugs or alcohol” and hit a man's car in February 2015.
The man, Terry Moogan, claims that Chet was behaving recklessly at the time and, after the accident, asked him not to call the cops or press charges, reported TMZ.com. Moogan’s lawyer also claimed that he had suffered from whiplash and a brain injury as a result of the collision.
