Caitlyn Jenner got verbally assaulted by a transwoman at an LGBT event this weekend over her support for Donald Trump. The nasty occurring was caught on camera. TMZ.com reports that Caitlyn was attending a Trans Chorus of Los Angeles performance at the L.A. LGBT Center when she was confronted by trans activist and journalist Ashlee Marie Preston.
The incident occurred just a day after Trump officially authorised a ban on trans people in the military. The video (which Ashlee posted on Facebook) shows the journalist rant to Caitlyn about what she thinks of her support for Trump. Caitlyn remains shocked and still for most of the lecture, before which was, in fact, hoping to get a hug from Ashlee. As friends around her tried to defuse the scene, Jenner tells Ashlee, “You don’t know me,” which sets her off even more. But, TMZ.com reports that Caitlyn isn’t in support of Trump anymore, despite recently being seen sporting his headgear.
