Louis Tomlinson helps a disabled fan

One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson, 24, and his mother recently joined together to help a six-year-old fan living with a debilitating condition. The young fan Georgia, from England, was diagnosed with Rett syndrome in 2013. The disease is a rare condition that affects the development of the brain and causes severe physical and mental disability.

Georgia is currently being treated in a specialised children’s hospital in England and the medical equipment she needs is extremely expensive. Louis recently took to Twitter to help spread awareness and raise money for her treatment. He also arranged for Georgia and her family to meet the other One Direction band members during one of their shows, reports JustJared.com.
