She may be in the middle of a heated break-up with her former fiancée Egor Tarabasov, but that isn’t stopping actress Lindsay Lohan from doing her part for the world. The Mean Girls star flew to Turkey to visit children at a hospital in Istanbul, after which she visited a family from Aleppo in war-torn Syria in the city, according to Dailymail.co.uk.
She also shared pictures from her trip, first of the Turkish flag alongside a quote from Saint Teresa, and then a photo of her with the Syrian refugee family. She wrote with the second photograph, “The older brother was not in the house with us because although he is 17, he had to work in order to take better care of his family.”
