What Drake did for Rihanna in honour of her big win ahead of Sunday night’s MTV Video Music Awards, is something every girl would dream of.
The Hotline Bling singer put up a massive billboard in Los Angeles with the words, “Congratulations to Rihanna from Drake and everyone at OVO.” RiRi posted a photo of the billboard on Instagram and wrote, “When he extra” with a heart and trophy emoji.
Rihanna is all set to perform at the highly anticipated award show at Madison Square Garden in New York City as well as accept the coveted Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. The Love On The Brain singer will be joining a lengthy list of celebrities. Past recipients of the prestigious award have been Kanye West, Justin Timberlake, Beyoncé, Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, The Rolling Stones and Janet Jackson, it was reported on EOnline.com.
Rihanna is also up for two other awards, including Best Female Video and Best Collaboration for her song Work with her alleged beau Drake.
