Heidi Klum: Do we have an expiration date?
Heidi Klum may be 44 years old, but she isn’t too old to model. She said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, “Sometimes people say, ‘You know you’re 44, you’re turning 45, why are you not giving the baton to someone else?’ But I always think there’s a lot of women my age 50, 60, 70. What, do we have an expiration date? Can we not also still feel sexy? I feel sexy.”
According to People.com, she explained that she has nothing against young models, but questioned: “Why can’t older women also be in campaigns? So I’m still doing it.” Heidi also works on Project Runway, America’s Got Talent and Germany’s Next Top Model.
Meanwhile, as Heidi played “Who’d You Rather” on the show, she said that she was “very single and ready to mingle”. She then had to pick which man she would date. Billboard reported that she chose Drake. “I mean, look at that muscle,” she said, choosing the rapper over the likes of Brad Pitt, The Weeknd and Jake Gyllenhaal. She later swapped Drake for Joaquin Phoenix, saying she has a “soft spot” for the actor.
