Tom Cruise
Hollywood star Tom Cruise, who has been one of Scientology’s most famous followers — and there are quite a few famous ones on that list — spoke about his religious organisation at the premier of his new film, Jack Reacher 2: Never Go Back, and defended it.
The controversial organisation has been in the news for abuse and assault allegations over the years, but Tom defended Scientology, saying, “It’s something that has helped me incredibly in my life. I’ve been a Scientologist for over 30 years. It’s something, you know... without it, I wouldn’t be where I am. So it’s a beautiful religion. I’m incredibly proud.”
