JustJared.com had earlier reported that Lana claimed that Radiohead demanded 100 per cent of the publishing fee for the song for sounding too much like their hit song Creep, which she was going to fight in court. Radiohead’s spokespeople denied that they demanded 100 per cent or issued a formal lawsuit, but did say that they wanted credit.
Lana did not explain the results of the resolved dispute, but said, “Now that my lawsuit’s over, I guess I can sing that song any time I want, right?”
