Justin Bieber may have to soon turn into a wedding singer as the 21-year-old Canadian pop star’s father Jeremy, 41, recently proposed to his girlfriend Chelsey Rebelo.
Jeremy shared the moment on Thursday on YouTube as friends recorded him popping the question while vacationing in St Barts.
“On February 19th, 2016, I proposed to my best friend Chelsey Rebelo,” read the video’s description. The nearly two-minute video showed Jeremy in an all-white ensemble leading Chelsey, 28, up to a viewing point.
Chelsey wore a short pink dress and holding onto a beer as she made her way to the top. Jeremy then surprised Chelsey by breaking out a ring. “Oh my god,” Chelsey said.
Jeremy then dropped to a knee as he proposed and put a ring on it. Justin was not in St Barts for the proposal.
