She accepted the award during Disney’s D23 Expo on 23 August at Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.
Christina Aguilera was just honoured as a Disney Legend, and she returned the honour, in a manner of speaking. “This is way cooler than a Grammy, I just have to say! This is tremendous. You don’t understand. I may be the ultimate Disney fan. I don’t know. I know it’s high competition in this room, but…” Christina said as she accepted the award during Disney’s D23 Expo on 23 August at Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.
Christina, who even gave a performance of Reflections from Mulan, added, saying, “Thank you so much for this amazing honour. I love this. This is so special, I’m like shaking…I’ve been holding back tears all day.”
