Supermodel Gigi Hadid hit the runway during the Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2017 on Thursday in Milan, Italy. As she was leaving the show with her model-sister Bella Hadid, a bearded man wearing a hat and sunglasses wrapped his arms around Gigi’s waist from behind and lifted her into the air. Bella tried to free her sister but in vain. Gigi then delivered a sharp elbow jab to the man’s face. The man, a self-proclaimed celebrity prankster Vitalii Sediuk, ran away, according to JustJared.com.
Gigi later took to Twitter to respond to actor Ansel Elgort’s question about whether or not her boyfriend Zayn Malik was closeby during the incident. “Where was zayn at?” Ansel asked. Gigi said, “That guy should prob take some time away from icing his jaw tonight to count his lucky stars that Z wasn’t there.”
