In her Instagram pic showing North posing alongside her cousins Penelope, 7, and True, 1, and aunts Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian, Kim’s caption reads, “Fake nose ring alert!!!”
North has been recorded even previously as showing off her love of fashion, like back in the annual Kardashian–Jenner Christmas Eve party in December 2018, when she wore red lipstick, apparently all her idea, which was all the rage with Kim’s fans.
