Ariana Grande bans Marcus Hyde

Ariana Grande cuts ties with celeb photographer Marcus Hyde over model’s nude photo claim

Celeb photographer Marcus Hyde’s been facing a lot of heat since Sunday night when LA-based model Sunnaya posted on her Instagram screenshots of direct messages (DMs) with Marcus allegedly bribing her for nude portraits.

The pop star Ariana Grande took to Instagram to urge models not to work with photographers who make them feel uneasy.

According to Eonline, things have gone south for Marcus since some celebs including singer Ariana Grande came out in support of Sunnaya, slamming him.

Marcus’s clients include Ariana, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Childish Gambino, Chance the Rapper and Jhené Aiko.

In her post, Sunnaya claimed that she’d reached out to Marcus via DM after he posted an ad calling for models. He asked her for nudes in exchange for a free photo session, but when she declined, he allegedly said, “It’s 2k then.”

“Yeah you wack (sic),” she said, according to her screenshot of their private messages. “Find someone else. I’ll keep shooting celebs,” said Marcus. On her Instagram, Ariana said how disturbing the news was, urging models around the world to shoot only with photographers they’re comfortable with. In another text box, Ariana encouraged her fans to “look out for one another.”

Since the backlash, Hyde’s Instagram account appears to be deleted.
