Singer and actress Lea Michele has confirmed that she has broken up with boyfriend of two years Matthew Paetz. A spokesperson for Lea confirmed the split, with a source telling Us Weekly, “He had enough. She was completely crushed. He won’t take her back. She got no reason or explanation for the split.”
Lea had earlier said that Matthew made her “smile again” when she was left devastated after the death of her Glee co-star and then boyfriend Cory Monteith, who died of a drug overdose in 2013. Friends of Lea claim that Matthew had left Lea “all of a sudden and without warning” a couple of weeks ago.
